This community brings together resources, examples, and lessons learned to help educators, union leaders, parents, and community partners organize now to support students, families, workers, and communities during periods of fear and disruption.
Much of this collection draws on lessons shared by educators, union leaders, and community partners in Minnesota, who have been navigating these conditions and generously sharing what they have learned. The focus is on preparedness, structure, and care. Materials are shared as reference points, not instructions, and should always be adapted to local policy, legal guidance, and community context.
Some resources are publicly available, while additional materials and examples are shared only with approved members of the community.
